For best results, print on A4 at 100% scale — do not scale to fit, as this may affect the proportions of the guidelines. I’d recommend a minimum of 120gsm (32lb bond) paper if you’re writing directly onto the guide sheets. A PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free to download) is required to open your file.
If you're practising digitally, simply open the PDF in your chosen programme and get started with your stylus.
